Shukhrat Rakhmanov

Shukhrat Rakhmanov is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Law and Human Rights, Tashkent State University of Law, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law. 

Research Areas:

Shukhrat has a PhD in International Law from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Uzbekistan. Author of over 70 publications (including monographs, textbooks and articles). In the course of his scientific and pedagogical activities he exchanged experience in higher educational and research institutions of the world, such as the Diplomatic Academy of Egypt, Lund University (Sweden), Belgrade Center for Human Rights (Serbia), Chinese Academy of Humanities (PRC), London Metropolitan University (Great Britain), University of Latvia (Latvia) and within the framework of KOICA programs (Republic of Korea), also conducted a research at the Department of Sociology of Law in Lund University (Sweden) from 2018 to 2019.
