Nargiz Ismayilova

Ms. Nargiz Ismayilova is Head of Executive Education at ADA University Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD). Her area of expertise includes EU-funded project management; implementing public administration and civil service reforms as well as institutional capacity building in Azerbaijan; participation in EU CIB and IRP implementation; proven experience in the formulation, development, drafting, and reviewing drafts of laws and regulations, etc.
